“I would rate our condo at Sunset Vistas experience a 6 if I was able to. The unit was very clean and up to date. A recent re-model with new appliances and kitchen cabinets gave the condo a modern taste. Wood plank floors were much better than hard clay tile flooring. We had our own designated covered parking spot which is always a plus. Dale and Kara were excellent hosts. The water temperature was OK for me, but my wife thought it was a little on the cooler side, but you could still spend time in the water. I don’t think Dale and Kara had much control over the water temperature. The view from our balcony was perfect, especially during sunset time. All in all, our stay was great. Good selection of restaurants and close to many other attractions. We experienced no problems during our visit and will definitely return for a longer stay.”

“We had a great time with our Fun Coupe! It was such a fun way to see sights in Clearwater! We saw customers driving them earlier in the week and knew we had to add this adventure to our vacation fun! We did the 2 hour ride and it was so much fun! We rode along the gulf coast beach front with wind in our hair and smiles on our faces! We stopped and got ice cream and several people asked about how to rent one and our experience. One of our favorite memories of this Vacation!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The park is kept clean, is maintained well, has many options for recreation and was easy to book online. Our site had awesome Adirondack furniture to enjoy too! The only 2 things that could have made it better are if our site had more shell and less dirt (with the dew, our RV was pretty dirty) and if the other patrons had picked up after their dogs in the dog run area. I spent my dog walking time picking up after other people's dogs so my dogs didn't step in it or worse. We will definitely be back though!”

“We visited a friend there. 99% were very nice to us. Very friendly. The other 1% didn't say anything. That's OK. We felt welcomed. People at the pool were great.”

“Absolutely the best trip we have had. This place is fabulous. Maria is the best. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay. Her dogs are amazing and fun to have around. She and her sister even made a make shift outdoor movie theatre so we could watch Monday night football outside. The back patio is so nice and we even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. 100% we will be staying here again and again!!! Thank you for your amazing hospitality Maria!!!”

“My husband and I spent our first anniversary camping here. We stayed in spot 186 for one evening. Our experience was fantastic. Simple check in, great camp shop, and the spot was ideal. The only downside was the campers before us were still in the spot when we arrived around 3pm. I feel like the park officers should be monitoring this..”

“Loved this place. I'm a fan of the mom and pop hotels. But the parking is very limited. I mean very. There were times I didn't know if there was a spot available after dinner. The staff were great though. But because of the parking I don't know if we would return. Such a shams because we loved this place.”

“I can't say enough great things about our stay at this condo! We had such a good time here - it's about a 5 minute walk to the beach, the condo is very clean and organized, and there are a lot of local places to eat and shop all within walking distance. They have on-site laundry and a lot of beach gear available to use as well. We stayed here for a month, waiting for our house contract to go through, and we still talk about how great our stay was. The beach within walking distance is so beautiful - I would wake up every morning and walk to drink my coffee right on the beach!! You can tell the owners work hard to keep this rental clean and maintained. I would highly recommend, and I would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“We love staying at Intercoastal. We had stayed 2 years ago and loved it so we decided to come back. Close proximity to the beach, nice quaint family oriented area. Beautiful white sand and clear water. Definitely recommend. Only "complaint" is the size of the pool, but with only a few condos, we never felt overcrowded.”

“Despite initial apprehensions fueled by less than stellar reviews, we decided to take advantage of the enticingly affordable price. Upon arrival, Bob warmly welcomed us, ensuring a swift check-in process. The room exceeded our expectations—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed, in particular, rivaled some of the best we've encountered in hotels. We found solace in the BBQ area behind the hotel, enjoying a nice cigar and picturesque nightfall. To our delight, Bob joined us, generously sharing his captivating life story. Seeking a good Indian food recommendation, he directed us to a friend's establishment. The experience was nothing short of fantastic, prompting us to express our gratitude by bringing Bob a meal. In today's fast-paced environment, managing a family-owned hotel poses challenges, but taking a moment to connect with others can yield lasting friendships. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our best wishes to Bob and his family for a healthy and prosperous future.”

“If you are reading this review, Don't get to the end, BOOK IT NOW, the property is always rented. You will not regret it ! We travel from Puerto Rico to the property . As a surprise Wedding-Birthday Gift we have the privilege to enjoy this beautiful Jem. The photos do not honor the quality of the property. The location is perfect: in front of a pier where you can see the sunset and the moon. Meditate or enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or wine. It is for adults only, couples, or friends. Across the street, is a beautiful Crystalline Beach. Near great Restaurants, Bars and Night Life. The decoration of the room is Art Deco, it is spacious, it has everything! The property is Spotless! And well organize. Only for clients it have a Bar, BBQ, beach chairs, paddle board, you name it! Everything you need or imagine you need. You can feel the love and spirituality with which it was built. Its a winner, we will definitely repeat. We are falling in love! Tom and his crew are very attentive and lovely.”

“I really liked this place. The room had what we needed and the location was wonderful. It's right on the beach. There is food and drinks on site but also many great options within walking distance too. There is an additional resort fee when you book that is applied when you check in. It does give you a $15 food/drink credit per day and two drinks vouchers. Will definitely come here again.”

“Really liked this place! First time local visit. We did a short girl's staycation and had a great time just staying in and around the hotel. Pool got busy during the day but we usually were able to find chairs. Really beautiful grounds before you get to the beach and super short walk to the sand. We were able to rent bikes that were delivered to the hotel and ride them on the pavement right outside the beach to local restaurants etc. We played in the hammocks multiple times throughout our visit and it was perfect. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely return for another visit and recommend to others.”

“Really great place for couples, the location is amazing. The beach cabana service is really top notch. We did the direct ocean view with two balconies and it was unbelievable that we got to wake up to this view every day. Bongos restaurant was great, the live entertainment was also chill and nice to listen to when eating at Bongos at night. Everything was great for my first time to St. Pete Beach, would definitely go back to the Bellwether. The only minor complaint is the parking lot, no one parks straight and some cars even overlap on the lines. Also the floors could use a better mopping/sweeping between guests. There were some strands of hairs that didn't belong to us but everything else was good.”

“Very nice no frills place to relax. Not your hotel with all the bells and whistles.Timeshare place where i traded a week for.Kathy who checked me in was very nice and gave some suggestions where to eat.2bdrm well appointed and enough room for a family of 4. Don`t be put off by elevator had better days. had a room on gulf side 401 was nice not a sea view but was ok.Would def. come back here close enough to get around on the trolley.Far enough from hustle of clearwater. The beach is great not a lot of people at all you almost have it to yourself.Never saw the beach rental guy just used what was left out for lounge and umbrella.Just head to store pick up some items for the week and relax. The restaurant across the street was really good had a nice dinner there one night.”

“We have been coming here 2 times a year for about 7 years and it's our favorite place to stay. Feels like home away from home. The office is always very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect. You don't need to have a car because everything you may need it in walking distance. But if you have a car there is even more to do within a close or short drive. We have stayed in several units and they all have been quality. We will continue to visit as many times as we can!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach on one side and the bay on the other side . The grounds were well-kept. The landscaping was very nice and created a great aesthetic. On the property there were multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy time with family and friends. It was a rainy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked like it was in great shape. The rooms are nice and the decor was cute and comfy. Entry into our room was so easy with a lockbox next to the door that held the key. We will definitely come back!”

“I am so grateful for The Vue. It is quiet, clean, and I feel safe here very accommodating and welcomed me and my son with open arms, made us feel at home. I can't express my gratitude enough. I have been in Pinellas County 44 years tried Pasco for 1 year and hands down I would pick The Vue over any other extended stay, hotel or vacation home. Keep up the great work you are literally changing lives of families!”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all friendly, professional & very helpful. The kitchen had what I needed to cook for the week. Clean room. Plenty of towels, plus beach towels & use of bikes or beach chairs. outside sitting areas are very nice. great little pool/ spa. the property was cleaned daily by staff. Only a few steps across the street to the sand. watch the sunset from the front porch if you don't want to cross the street. Two blocks to some great food. Local transport was easy to use & get around. Quiet & relaxing. Is on my list of a return spot. Thank you!”

“Stayed in the efficiency room, two beds (1 twin and 1 full) with kitchenette. We had a peekaboo ocean view from the room! Loved the keypad entry (no keys to bring down to the beach), free beach chairs and umbrellas to use down by the beach (you bring down and bring back), we didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and the water was a comfortable temp. Loved the location because it wasn’t too crowded but still close by to shopping and attractions. Probably the most notable of the whole stay was the staff! They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Honestly, I felt like I had stayed there before and we were longtime friends. The facilities include access to laundry on off hours - for those who might be staying for more than a few days. We knew that this was going to be an older Florida beach hotel, so expected there to be some quirks. The biggest one we came across was the bathroom was dated and the tub wasn’t able to be shut off all the way - constant small steam of water. I let the staff know and they stopped by and manhandled the faucet shut. We just weren’t able to provide the necessary force to turn the water all the way off. The location and price were well worth the few quirks and we will be returning to this location in the future.”
