“We love staying at Intercoastal. We had stayed 2 years ago and loved it so we decided to come back. Close proximity to the beach, nice quaint family oriented area. Beautiful white sand and clear water. Definitely recommend. Only "complaint" is the size of the pool, but with only a few condos, we never felt overcrowded.”

“Very nice no frills place to relax. Not your hotel with all the bells and whistles.Timeshare place where i traded a week for.Kathy who checked me in was very nice and gave some suggestions where to eat.2bdrm well appointed and enough room for a family of 4. Don`t be put off by elevator had better days. had a room on gulf side 401 was nice not a sea view but was ok.Would def. come back here close enough to get around on the trolley.Far enough from hustle of clearwater. The beach is great not a lot of people at all you almost have it to yourself.Never saw the beach rental guy just used what was left out for lounge and umbrella.Just head to store pick up some items for the week and relax. The restaurant across the street was really good had a nice dinner there one night.”

“Had such a great stay!! The place is so nicely furnished and clean. The walk to the beach is so close! The pool was very nice, and there was also a dock in the back with a great view and barbecue grills. Kristin was an amazing host. We had a sensor issue with the AC she had a technician come and fix it as soon as we noticed a problem. She made sure to keep checking in to make sure the problem got solved, such professionalism and quick responding time from Kristin. There are grocery stores very close by, as well as smugglers cove for mini golfing. I’m really looking forward to staying here again!”

“I believe we stayed in #4, not #2. We stayed at the piney nook cottage for our honeymoon. The location was perfect as it had direct access to the beach. It was very close to restaurants and other attractions. The only issue we had during our stay was ants, many many tiny ants crawling on the kitchen counters but I was able to rid of them on our first nights stay. We had no other problems for the entire duration. It was very quiet, very cozy. The cottage included everything we may need, though my husband was looking for a meat thermometer and couldn't find one. We will most likely return in the future.”

“Had a great time with a large group of friends. Beach is great and right out the door. Plenty of chairs and many umbrellas. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Room 8 was cozy but adequate for a couple.”

“The New Hotel Collection Beachside has direct beach access, which makes it a great place for a beach holiday. From the huge balcony (we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo, North building 201) we had a wonderful view onto the Gulf with beautiful sunsets. The building is already a bit dated but the condo has been renovated. Our 3 bedroom condo was nice and offered enough space for larger groups (we were with 6). Next to the great location, the biggest plus of the place is the SUPER friendly staff. Everybody we met who worked for the New Hotel Collection was extremely nice and helpful - a perfect 10! We had a minor problem upon arrival with our beds that were only partially made (no pillow cases). However, the resort staff corrected this immediately with a smile. One of the two pools was closed for renovation, which was no big deal at all. All in all, I can fully recommend the New Hotel Collection Beachside condos - we will definitely come back.”

“Superb place to stay. Terry, the owner, is super friendly and was a pleasure to talk with. Location is perfect. Units are immaculate and have everything you could possibly want. We can't wait to come back!”

“Very nice place. The only thing when we stayed was a grouchy yank tenant that acted like he owned the place had his nose all up in our business. We even got over in the sand dune path to be nice and let him by and all he could say was mumbo jumbo about not stepping off the path. Ha some people need a life.”

“Room was nice and comfortable. The only difficult part of our trip was parking. It's a small parking lot with a tight squeeze. But other than that we had a great time. The beach was a quick walk and so beautiful.”

“What a wonderful place to stay. The condominium I was in was beautifully appointed. Has a Gulf view from the 3rd floor. The pool and beach are very well taken care of, along with the whole property being very well groomed. Felt very safe staying at the Sand Dollar. Very family friendly.”

“Great, small condo on the beach. Lots of amenities provided. Well maintained and cleaned. Fire pit. No pool, but didnt bother me, just wife. Owner is hands on, keeps it under control. Not for people who just want to let the kids go crazy at all. One bed rooms. Its like "staying with your favorite Aunt."”

“I was there today. My family loves it. The beach access is very easy. The pool is great. The overall layout is amazing for kids. The distance from pool to beach is fairly short compared to other rentals”

“Stayed in the studio apartment rental. Received a military discount so it made our stay even more affordable, although the rates here are already amazing, and they even stocked our room with some snacks and drinks as a welcoming gift. It's right next to the water so you can enjoy the ocean breeze through the window of your rental. Very clean, the lady who booked us was very helpful and kind, and they even checked in on ur during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home style rental!”

“I found Jean Pascal through a google search, and am so happy I did! My boss needed me to deliver and arrangement for a very important client of ours. First off, this studio and service is top notch. His attention to detail and unique style make him stand apart from other florists in the area. His pricing is more than fair and he will go beyond your expectations to deliver the perfect arrangement. Big thanks to Howard the designer of the arrangement we sent. It was just like ordering directly from Paris!”
