“We couldn’t have had a better experience at Vista. We had just come from another emergency veterinary hospital and were sent away after waiting for an hour due to too many critical animals coming in. We called ahead to come into Vista and were told our pup could be seen. In the meantime more critical animals came in and quickly overwhelmed Vista. Worried we were going to be sent away from another vet, we were advised that we would be seen but there would be a wait. Considering there were other animals in greater need, we were more then okay with that. Despite being so busy and tired, our pup received nothing but the best care from the entire staff. “I took my cat who is now a year old and has a history of ulcers in his eyes. He is strictly an indoor cat, is very shy, and he has spent his entire life confined to my home and preferably underneath my bed. So in terms of anxiety he is far on the spectrum and has literally been physically sick from going to the vet. I was highly impressed that we were allowed in the exam room to watch Dr. Faber do the entire exam, he carefully looked at my cats eyes with his equipment meanwhile the entire time my cat sat so quietly. They were so sweet and gentle and the office was very quiet which was a great atmosphere for my cat who is petrified of loud noises. Thank you Dr faber and staff for making this visit fast, easy, and painless.”

“My first impression walking in, I thought the office was clean and front desk ladies welcomed us in and adored our puppy corgi. We waited for 10-15min, which was understandable because we were 10min late, and they still accepted us. The vet tech we got was super nice, she adored our fur baby as well and was super gentle. She answered a lot of our questions and was happy to do so. Coming here was nerve wrecking because we wanted to make sure whoever we went to wasn’t rough or careless. They definitely made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Cody is the best! We came in with many questions because we are first time dog owners. He answered all of our questions and even gave us info we didn’t know we needed. He showed great character, talked to us, helped understand our worries & helped put us at ease as first time owners. Our pup corgi also peed on the exam table and Dr. Cody was super chill about it. He consistently told us not to worry and that it was okay. After Dr. Cody left, vet tech came back in to give our pup his vaccinations. She said she would bring our pup to the back and her other vet tech would assist. But I asked if it was okay if she did it in the exam room with us instead, she confidently told us that was okay! During his shots she was the sweetest, he was crying a little in between and vet tech gave him time to relax before giving his 2nd shot. I can not express how confident I was walking out of there. We paid around $140 for his exam, 2 shots & the chewy flea medicine. Pretty decent prices, we honestly expected to be paying more. I’m sure other places are a little cheaper BUT with their outstanding service, I didn’t even care one bit! It’s been 2 days since our visit and silo is doing great. Thank you Dr. Cody and the vet tech for taking care of silo and us!”
