“Nice course and at a great price. Lots of critters all around the course which I like. The course is well maintained with nice open green fairways. Greens were fairly soft and surprisingly fast. The driving range was pretty cool with computers tracking every stroke and giving you lots of stats. We got there early and had lunch before played and I would also recommend the restaurant.”

“I met the Kovar's Martial Arts team at a neighborhood event and my daughter who was 3 years old at the time broke the karate board and really enjoyed it. We agreed to try out a free class followed by a free 1 week trial if she loves it. We booked it with Joel right on the spot. When we took our daughter to the free class on our booked date we met with Joel again and met a few other staff members and then the class started and our daughter did great and really enjoyed herself. We signed up right away. They have different enrollment packages for everyone, and they really work with you and your family to get you prepared for what to expect and how the classes will work and function. After signing up almost a year ago now we have never looked back and our daughter still loves it and has grown so much in her time at Kovar's. I highly recommend this for anyone with a kid ages 3 and up. I see the older kids too and they all look like they enjoy themselves. It is like a family and everyone is very friendly.”

“Pros: The atmosphere was luxurious, quiet, and comfortable. When we ordered food, the dishes were served promptly, and the popcorn was refillable. The theater seats reclined enough to make it possible to sleep. The menu was quite extensive, and the prices were reasonable considering the portion size and quality. You can enjoy a meal while watching a movie. From 5 PM, there’s even a bar where you can order cocktails and other alcoholic drinks, but children are not allowed after this time. Cons: 1. The movie paused for about 30 seconds. If this only happens once, it’s fine, but if it happens again, even 3 stars would feel generous. 2. It’s disappointing that children are not allowed after 5 PM. 3. Parking is difficult.”

“My first experience began with Kelvin and a little bit with Mike in May of 2017 when I purchased a 42' Sea Ray in Oakland and brought it to Delta Boat Works (DBW) in June to be transported to Lake Tahoe. I was then bringing my old 52" Bluewater from Tahoe to DBW for some repairs. I met with Kelvin once about exchanging these vessels. He put together the proposal and then proceeded to pull out the Sea Ray, paint the bottom, flush all engines, air conditioners and any other water carrying components readying for the Tahoe inspection stations, prepared the Sea Ray for transport and received the Bluewater on the return trip -- all of this without any incident or my having to be present. Further, Kelvin prepared multiple proposals for work to be done on my Bluewater. I have finally selected the work that will be done. But I ended up getting a cheeseburger - and I'm not even joking, that was literally one of the best burgers I've ever had in Sacramento. The bun was amazing, had a crunch on the inside but soft on the outside, the patty was well seasoned, fresh produce, and no sauces needed other than the mayo they have on the burger. I still want to try the pastrami burger, and will come back for it so I can change that 4⭐ to a 5⭐. Staff was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. Do not - I REPEAT - do not be discouraged to come to a taqueria for a burger. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I wish I took a picture of the burger but I was way too hungry to care for it.”
