“Introduced to John through a mutual friend and once we got the desired color of the roof finalized. He got his crew onto the project and got it done very quickly. He kept us informed of how much they had done by sending photos everyday till completion. This was a nice added feature since he was re-rooofing a rental unit and eliminated the need to drive out there on a regular basis. My property managers would check on the status every other day as well and keep me informed. They were impressed at how fast his crew worked and when they saw the end results they were impressed. I look forward in seeing the new roof in person in a few weeks, when we have time to go to Hollister to see it. They started on a Monday and were finished by Thursday afternoon (including inspection). Since, we are concerned about price, they are very competitive in pricing and it was my property managers who said he offered very good pricing which helped me with my decision.
