“The diamond in the rough of the High Mojave. An unbelievable pozole, like homemade, as if someone was in the family's kitchen. Big chunks of pork from right part of pig for maximum flavor. Great condiments, onion, cilantro, and plenty of limes. Very impressive menu, very authentic. Family is from Guadalajara.”
