“We love Dr. Velez’s office and staff! We’re always greeted and welcomed at the front desk by Jasmine who is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Amy, Bree, Ben are all excellent assistants. They were great at helping my son to feel comfortable during his adjustments and kept him excited about his braces. My son struggled with his expander at first and we are very grateful for all of their patience and compassion while he adjusted to the treatment. Dr. Velez is the best and has a kind and sweet demeanor. She always kept us up to date on his progress and took the time to thoroughly answer any questions we had. These problems are encountered anywhere a person goes. We get what we seek, sometimes more than we expect. These are customers who are not so frequent. Those who frequent this establishment are amazing and down to earth. Treated with the upmost respect and accepted with friendship. Would definitely visit a few times.
