(October 14, 2021, 11:41 am)Not sure who I spoke with on the phone the other day regarding a fork for my Bassett Superstar 26, but he answered my call within a couple of rings (many shops won't even pick up their phones), he was friendly, and answered all of my questions before I placed my order. A great customer experience all around. Stoked to get the highest quality forks on the market to complete my bike! Thanks again!
