Just recently bought a bike here. From first impression to recent service, you can definitely count on them for that. My first impression was with Dean who helped me with my sales purchase. He was informative and was patient in answering any questions I had and was nothing but friendly . On subsequent visits after my purchase I’ve been in for a variety of things including service for another bike. I shortly bought in another bike other than the one I had purchased from them with an interest in upgrading it for my girlfriend. Brooks (their service guy/mechanic) advised me, and answered any questions I had with the utmost patience and advice and performed the drivetrain upgrade flawlessly and got the parts and service done in just a few days. Overall from the first interaction to the last I’ve been well taken care of here at Victorville Bicycles. I would definitely recommend them to the first time bike buyer, pro, or just for any service work you may need. Great job Fellas.
