“It's hard to find storage in Big Bear, or anywhere on the mountain these days. Luckily, Big Bear Self Storage had someone move out right when I called so I was able to get a unit. The process was a breeze - I was able to reserve everything over the phone. Signed the contract on my cell and paid with my credit card. Took about 3 minutes and didn't have to even go in. I can log in, pay bills online, and text customer service. Simple, easy, no hidden fees. Everything is month-to-month so I can move out anytime without fees. Most other companies around here like to charge a ton of hidden fees, taxes, etc. This place doesn't even charge credit card fees, and makes it really easy to pay online or over the phone. The facility is always clean and the units are built really well so I don't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend this place for: transparent pricing, easy set up, fast and easy communication.”
