I was afraid to go here based on some other reviews. But, I was treated w respect, served quickly and had my needs met. I came to BBL for the weekend from San Diego and forgot my meds. My Dr and CVS couldn’t do anything for me without a new prescription. The nurse gave me the two-day cover I need not to have to drive all the way home. I’m very grateful.
Brought two of my young children in and the staff and physician were attentive, caring, understanding, polite, and just all around great. My kids are afraid of Dr's so I was unsure with seeing the rating, but they were amazing.
I was nervous to come here after reading some reviews; however, I’m glad we did. Our son got hurt snowboarding and we needed an x-ray. We were in and out and the staff was awesome. The doctor was straightforward with him (thankfully no break), and was very kind. I would go back .
