Altitudes Massage & Spa

My daughter and I both got massages from Chelsea, while visiting Big Bear Lake. My daughter and I both agreed that it was the best massage that either of us have ever had. She took her time and applied prefect pressure. The room was comfortable and smelled wonderful. The price was reasonable. If I didn’t live so far (Florida), I would definitely come back for another massage.

I'm always a little hesitant to get a massage from a place that was not a personal reference. I found this place on the internet.
I'm so glad I did make a appointment. Travis is one if not the best massage therapist I have ever met. The place is extremely clean and professional. I also booked facial with Katie. She is very knowledgeable about her products. I love that every massage room has a fireplace (electric). Even in the summer it made the rooms very inviting and it was easy to relax. In fact I just came back this week and booked 3 more appointments.
Highly recommend this place.

This spa is such a great spa. Very beautiful place. I highly recommend going there if you are planning on going up there to big bear. They have very great customer service and give a wonderful massage and facial combo.

I've visited twice now on my weekends away and been so happy with the experience both times. Carol makes booking an appointment easy, the location is easy to find, and the space is clean and lovely. My first visit was with Ariane for a spa day package and this massage blew every other massage experience out of the water-I finally understood that incredibly relaxed post-massage feeling everyone always talks about. My second visit was the same lovely spa day package, this time with Robert and was equally exceptional. I appreciated the care that went into them, the excellent communication, and the effort taken to make sure I was comfortable and listened to-hands down the two best massages of my life.
