“Called ahead of time and found a control board in stock at this location. Drove there from over 50 miles away. Knowing ahead of time I would not make it before closing I called to inform them and one of their employees stayed an hour after closing the store to allow me to get the board in person instead of shipping it to local store. I would like to personally thank that employee for her kindness and dedication to contractors that shop at their stores. And to all the guys at the ac pros around my area who know me and extend their kindness and dedication to the contractors purchasing supplies from their company.”

“Very close to home, convenient, able to buy something for my paralyzed husband with what little money I have in budget for it. A neighbor told us of it. Not too busy, short wait, usually only one or two before me. Quick service. Check-in window a little strange to me, but better safe than sorry. Safety is important for them.The window is completely covered with papers not to see in, slot at bottom you slide your driver's license under, say if your new or returning and sit down... chairs 6 ft spaced out. Masks no longer required if you're vaccinated. Your name called, license returned at window & you go through door to purchase. Check walls in lobby for specials, like "text to #### for a free amount." Love their mural.”

“Not sure if this is the name to the Bloomington Hills, as I've never seen anything announcing Ballard's Saddle and Tack, but definitely a good place to go and chill, to go off-roading, or to running. Nice view, fairly quiet and not far at all from the city.”
