Jose was great he informed me the whole time. My car looked brand new. I’m very happy with my car. I had the front bumper cracked and my driver side would make a noise when I would open it.Now, it looks like it wasn’t even in a collision. I will always come here to fix my car.

Caliber Collision in Chino Hills did an excellent job in servicing my son's car twice. Unfortunately he was in two accidents back to back and Caliber Collision fixed his car in a timely manner. There customer service is exceptional as well.

All I can say is that Alma was the person that took care of my car repairs and exceeded my expectations. She did a great work and details were magnificent. I’m very content with her work and she has such a great personality when she said we’re going to take care of your vehicle don’t worry she meant it and came through. Went to caliber collision because my auto insurance company recommended them and they have a lifetime warranty on repairs as long as you own the vehicle. It’s also close to home. First time there, and all staff were very pleasant to deal with. Andrew handled my repairs from beginning to end, and was completely on top of things. Because my car was still drivable, Andrew ordered the parts needed ahead of time, so my vehicle would not be down unnecessarily. Brought my car in for the scheduled repairs, and Andrew kept me updated every day as to how the repairs are going. Estimated time was one week. Got my vehicle back to full days early. Car looks fantastic. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend caliber collision, and ask for Andrew. He was great.
