One Love Fit Club, Chino

I love the One Love Team, they will push you and encourage you to help you reach your goal. They are very supportive every step of the way! All the trainers and front desk are so friendly and welcoming.

Great kickboxing classes. The staff is very knowledgeable and encouraging! It is a great environment and very clean-- they even have hair ties in case you forget one (yep, I did today...) And fruit infused water. Check out their website/Groupon for an introductory deal! The trainers were very understanding about different fitness levels and offered modifications when I needed. After every class I've taken, the trainers have come up to me with big smiles to congratulate my finishing another class and making sure know they are there to answer questions any time. I feel like I just found a new family.

I told myself I'd dedicate an entire month to this gym before writing a review. Let me tell you- there's no reason I needed to wait that long. The way I feel now, after class #15 or so, is the same way I felt being extremely new during class #2.
The trainers here focus much on form and skill and not one class has gone by where my form was not adjusted to improve my skill.
I'm HUGE on customer service and community- all the regular trainers knew my name by class #2- no joke. It's great!
They're focus is on people and appropriately pushing them to reach their goals- something that other gyms can truly learn from. Be ready for a sweat session- they will work you, but I love it because the sweat session is proof that I'm getting my money's worth. ;)
My one suggestion is this: it would be amazing if we had more options of class times. But I get it.
You've got to try this place; I doubt you will regret the investment in your fitness. :)

I took my very first class this morning and was honestly a little intimidated at first but the instructor was amazing! He really helped break down the moves for you if you are a beginner and takes the time to show you the proper form. He was also very motivating and high energy. Also the office was very helpful in signing up and choosing a program to fit your needs. Definitely recommending this to my friends to come to classes with me!
