“Had my 5 series BMW towed here after getting a flat. We did this after hours so came back in the morning. They were pretty busy which is, in my mind, a sign of a good business. They were super nice and not pushy (the tire was not fixable) due to this giant object in it but we did get a replacement tire. “The staff- Hassan, he’s the bravest staff I ever seen. We were having some phone issues and he was helping us. In the meantime there was a woman came into the store pretended as a costumer, stole the tab and ran out. Hassan reacted very fast and chased that woman out, although she ran away and get into a sliver Honda car but he tried his best. I feel he’s very brave, reaction very fast. After he came back he adjusted his emotions in a short time and updated all the things to the company and came back to service us and another costumer professionally. So I have to give him 5 stars review and recommend his service to everyone!!”

“Very very helpful and courteous. Friendly fun and thorough. Everyone was polite and did a great job choosing the items and the best that was available. No one rushed me or tried to hurry me through. Only one issue I faced was in trying to get my printer ink cartridge filled, my wait time was to be an hour and I did not have enough oxygen in my machine to allow that much time. I'll have to go back just for that to be done. Very in covent for me. I will always be a member though”

“I love doing wine tasting on as many Saturdays as i can. I am so happy with the 5 cent wine tasting fee (yup) only 5 cent and you taste what they have as samples. I absolutely LOVE Stephanie as our hostess! She is AWESOME! Great customer service. Always friendly, always smiling, always welcoming! She needs to get tipped WELL for her costumer service! By the way, this was a featured special in the wine tasting department on special for $19.99. It was ag ood buy so i bought it but unfortunately was not available for sampling.”

“This 85°C is biggest one we've been to. The food is what you'd expect from other 85°C. That means it's pretty good. The selection is great. The pastries are generally less sweet than American style pastries. Service is also very good. I also ordered a coffee. On this particular day, the place was crowded. It took a good 10 minutes to get my coffee. I wish they could do what Starbucks does and expedite orders of simple hot coffee since it's literally as simple as pouring coffee into a cup. It shouldn't take 10 minutes for the wait...”
