“Was in the ER yesterday 5/24. I always choose arrowhead er over kaiser since the services are faster. Yes its always packed but i always see a doctor sooner than i ever do at kaiser. I had the best team but my favorite people that showed me kindness and compassion were Belinda A. at the ER Registration, and my nurse Brandy. Both were such sweet people and made me feel happy when I was really not well. I appreciate staff like this because it helps a bad situation feel a little les bad.”
