“Arturo was very helpful over the phone, by providing the wait time for a flat repair. I was greeted when I drove up and my car was immediately pulled into the bay. Unfortunately, my wheel lock key was misplaced. I was told it would be found or replaced. They found it the same day and I was able to collect it. They handled it very well. Overall a great experience for having a flat on my way to work.”

“We did an online mobile order just to arrive at the store and find out they closed the lobby because they were understaffed. After wasting 5 minutes to park and read the small sign on the door. I had to wait another 15 minutes in the drive-thru. It would have been nice if they updated their app to decline mobile orders for the time being.”
