If you're struggling with medication support or any mental crisis with your minor child THIS IS THE PLACE. The caring, compassionate, professional staff is beyond awesome. Sure you might wait a little if there's an emergency but believe me there are not many places like this. Best Center in the Tri-county.
I have never met a more empathetic and patient oriented group of health professionals than here at the Merrill center. Not only do they respond quickly and solution focused but take their time to ensure that their patients and their families are taken care of. All the girls that assisted our situation were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking care of my family.
This facility is a gem. Nothing but professional. Having had experience with similar units in the past for a sibling I was expecting an older less impressive building with a somewhat loose structure, Knowing the area where it was located, this was so much an unexpected surprise. I was blown away by the resort-like interior. From the time you were screened to enter the lobby from for the intake interview and throughout the evaluation session, there was so much care and professionalism in the equitable treatment of each person that entered the door.
They brought the anxiety and concern of our current experience down to an emotionally manageable level.
At the time of discharge I was expecting a bill but the excellent, professional service provided was free!! I don't wish anyone to experience the personal circumstances that require the need for a crisis center, but this would be the place to have a great start to a rehabilitation. This center sets a high bar for crisis facilities..
They helped to save my life I believe the nurse I saw today her name was Michelle young women in her 30s. She was extremely kind she really understands. She was the first person to actually listen to me and gear me out she gave me a little light in this dark depressing world we live in. God bless her, her family, and anything she desires. I almost lost my faith in God and in life. Just her listeing to me and pointing me in the right direction I have faith that even though I'm in the situation I'm in go will always send an Angel yo you. I hope this review finds it's way to you. God bless you. Donovan
