(October 2, 2020, 8:44 am)I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Dolon, our sales representative! Him, and everyone at Jim Glover, was very attentive with what we were looking for and needing. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were meant. The customer service was excellent!
What I LOVED the most was the family atmosphere that was offered. We brought our 10 month old along with us, and they not only made sure we were comfortable, but that she was too! That meant the world to us! I will DEFINITELY recommend to my friends and family!
They will ALWAYS be our #1 choice to go to from now on!!
(October 1, 2020, 2:22 pm)Bill & Russell in the service department are the most amazing people. They went above and beyond to help me when I needed my car worked on multiple times. They had someone pick me up and drop me off and made sure I was on time and informed. I have never had an experience quite like it with a car dealership. I highly highly recommend them.
(September 28, 2020, 12:28 pm)We arrived about 20 minutes early for our oil change and tire rotation. Instead of having us wait, they went ahead and started right away. It was much appreciated since we live an hour away.
(September 5, 2020, 2:43 pm)My account on this site was compromised. I apologize to Jim Glover and their staff . Kevin was patient with me and my daughter for hours while we looked over several vehicle. Got the payment I needed. They installed a hitch/tow package that's awesome! I had a 2008 Equinox that had 370k miles and still running. That's why I chose to go with the new 2020 Equinox. I hope it's as good as the last one!!!
