(August 28, 2020, 8:58 am)My husband and I are very pleased with the refreshing car buying experience we had a Riverside Ford of Tulsa. The staff was friendly and there was no sales pressure tactics. Donna in sales was exceptionally helpful; Kyle Price in finance was informative about all of our financing options. Overall a phenomenal experience with the staff at Riverside-we will definitely purchase from them again.

I was pretty nervous about making such a large purchase, but "Coach" Ronnie was able to put my mind at ease and help me through the process. At one point I asked him how he would advise his own daughter/niece. His candor and reassurance was a pleasant surprise. Now I am the happy owner of a new car and I'm thankful to the entire Riverside Ford team for their help. Riverside Ford of Tulsa has a great team of people that can be trusted in helping you make a good decision for you and your family, as well as walking you through a process that can feel a bit overwhelming.

...I was extremely impressed with their communication in helping me understand what was going on with my truck and what it would take to fix it...

(December 17, 2018, 5:33 pm)Well, my truck died and I needed a replacement, and didn't want new, so I started looking around and I found a candidate truck at Bob Hurley and this young man, Randy Siau, bent over backwards to put me into this truck. He worked very hard on the sale (I mean really hard, I was not planning on buying that day, but he came up with a deal that I could not refuse) and then to make sure it all went smoothly. All of the staff that I interacted with were courteous and professional, and they all did an excellent job of making me feel like they wanted my business.
