“This is my FAVORITE place to order ribbon from. I do not order if I need in a hurry or a huge variety because unfortunately there are places who ship faster and have a larger selection...BUT the prices here can't be beat and the quality has ALWAYS been spot on. I have been ordering for almost 3 years and come back here every time I'm ready for a bulk order. I have recently stopped receiving the email notifications so I save the order # when placing my order and check back then. I have requested info about tracking twice via email and have received a response each time within a business day or two. I have always received my orders in the time that they quote on their website for turn around except once. To be fair, I did order a specialty item and it took me almost 2 months to receive my order between the extended time to ship and hurricanes slamming FEDEX making a longer delivery period. This was quite frustrating as I had customers waiting on my supplies to arrive, but try to keep an open mind that this seems to be a large supply company and that is why they have the turn around time they do. The prices are wonderful and shipping is fair based on the weight of the items. I've never been dissatisfied with a purchase. Placed orders ranging from $50-$600 and was satisfied each time. My orders consisted of satin ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, tulle by the 40 yard bolt and 6" 100 yard spools, and also the cello bags. Very satisfied with the quality and accuracy. I will continue to use this as my mail bulk distributor! Thank you!”
