“I have done several remodeling projects in my home which is located in Skye Canyon (Northwest Las Vegas). I decided to have the carpet in my three years old home removed and replace it with wood like ceramic tile that I had on most of the downstairs floor. I decided to completely place this new tile on the entire upstairs and what was carpet downstairs. Project day arrives and I use a tile installer that was recommended by a major flooring company (you know the one... they say the know about “Décor”...) well they installed my tile and so began the train wreck in my house. My walls, baseboards, and most importantly my tile work were terrible. Tile spacing, grout color, cuts, leveling, all was wrong. My new home looked like a bad home improvement show. Faced with a trashed floor and home I head to the internet to find someone to fix my problem. I am a Federal Law Enforcement Officer and I travel often for work.
