I went to assure dental for the first time last week & my experience was quite pleasant. For starters, the receptionist was very courteous when checking me in. She didn’t seem rushed to get back to what she was previously doing by throwing a clipboard at me & telling me that I need to complete the forms. Further, I was surprised not to have to wait well beyond my appointment time to get seen, as it’s typical and most dental offices. The doctor‘s assistant was very friendly & in taking x-rays she was concerned that the manner in which she placed the equipment was not painful. Neither did I have extended wait for the doctor to arrive. He was prompt & efficient. He explained the status of my needs in detail. When the manager came in she wrapped up everything in a nice red bow; giving me the costs in the manner in which I could make payment. It was a very good dental experience. I would recommend this office to my friends

It’s my second visit now and I can say the office and Dr.Chow are wonderful! Dr. Chow was very thorough. He answered all my questions before beginning on my procedure and he was gentle.That’s huge for me because I have very sensitive teeth. Also the staff is so wonderful and friendly! As for the office, it’s clean and the wait time was minimal (from waiting room to dental chair). At prior dental offices, I used to wait 2hrs minimum just in the waiting room and another hour on the dental chair. I’m glad to have finally found a great dental office near me. Keep up the great work Assure Dental of Ontario!

Best dental office! Wendy and Estefany in the front made my time so enjoyable. Roxanne helped me with the breakdown of insurance so much. She's the best! And the dentist Dr. Jack Lee was so gentle and quick. The assistant Courtney took great care of me! Definitely come here! 😊😊😊
