(November 16, 2021, 6:58 pm)Staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the paper work (DMV) and the 2018 Lincoln we bought. When the car was brought down by the elevator system it was carousel so we could view it. The car was very clean inside and out, plus it had a red bow on top of the hood, this was a special touch to the customer service they provided. Kiddos to Carvana Ontario
