“It's a very nice concept. I had no idea Amazon had pop up shops so I loved the fact that I could go in and get the tech item I was looking for online. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had no issues with the store itself. My reasoning for only 4 stars is because you are not able to purchase any items at a discount... For example, if you have an Amazon gift card or employee discount neither one can be applied to your purchase. That means if you go to the pop up store you pay the price they give you period. I bought an item that should have costed me about $25 for $40 because I had no idea discounts could not be applied. Luckily I had the extra money to pay full price and I was already there so I said well might as well get it now that I'm physically here. Other than that... love the idea of in-store experience. #thumbsup”
