  I have been there several times and It would be hard to find a nicer person than Dr Vo. She is kind and patient and seems to actually care. The staff is nice but like all front office workers if you catch them when they are extremely busy they can seem not rude but less than polite but normally they are very helpful and very competent. I really enjoy my visits.

  Truly amazing! My mom has nothing but great things to say about Dr.Vo and her assistants. She recently stopped by for an eye exam and new glasses. She’s extremely grateful for the communication and for making the whole process easy. Dr.Vo is very professional and carried out the eye exams with care. My mom felt right at home and complimented the clean office. Thank you very much for showing my mom such hospitality and quality work.

  So , I usually go to the city of Upland when in need of an optometrist, however, my insurnace happen to make a change and they no longer take it. So after several attempts to do a walk in, this office took me in. Upon my arrival, they took me in so fast. Dr.Vo was there and she was very welcoming along with her staff. I highly recommend their services and I think I have found a new optometrist as I literally live 5 mins from them.

  Without a doubt Dr. Vo and her staff have been nothing but remarkable. Office is clean and professional. Definitely coming back for next check up.
