The wife tried the iced coffee as well and said it was amazing! We stopped here after reading the excellent reviews and they weren't wrong. We usually get bahn mi at a chain that's mostly in Orange county (Lee's if you're curious), but it's a long drive so we only go there if we're in the area as the locations that are closer to us in the IE are not as good. I am so excited that we found somewhere just as good, if not better, that's so close to home!! The pictures are the express special (may be off on the name, buts it's the #1 sandwich on the menu). It's the one with pate, so not everyone's favorite, but if you like it this sandwich is phenomenal!! Perfect amount of toppings, everything is super fresh, and the bread is perfection! Plus, Jackie, the owner, is so darn nice! We will be back many times and I am so excited we decided to Google this restaurant and saw how much everyone loves it!”

“Trust the reviews when they tell you how nice the owners are! It's a small mom and pop shop with amazing food. There is no inside dining which I highly recommend you call ahead and place an order. They can get super busy and based on what I saw, it's only the husband and wife working. We ordered potstickers, wontons in chile oil and shrimp fried rice. Wow. Delicious food. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait to come back!”

“Went here for the first time and was thoroughly impressed! Got a veggie bagel sandwich and the bagel was made fresh (and absolutely delicious), and tons of veggies were loaded onto the bagel - they didn’t skip at all on the portion size. It tasted even better than it looked and I will 1000% be back. Not to mention, the music playing in the cafe while we ate was vast (genres) and the person serving us (who I assume was the owner) was the most kind man. Could not recommend this place enough!”

“When I heard there was a special needs school I had to see how it compared to other elementary schools. What I saw blew me out of the water. The moment I stepped in the school, I knew this is where my daughter needs to be. Aside from their amazing staff. The fact that the classes have almost as many aides as students was 1 important difference I noticed. It set my mind at ease knowing there was so much supervision. Especially since last year I had to remove my daughter from Rio Vista in San Bernardino, because she had swallowed a push pin in class, and due to the lack of available aides and because her speech is limited, no one knew. When I picked her up afterschool, her teacher mentioned she had pointed to her tummy&said ow.. It wasn't until over the weekend & by some miracle it passed through her body safely &with no internal damage. Monday I informed her teacher and was shocked by his reaction..he showed no sympathy or concern.. Instead was on the defence as if I blamed him. I was outraged & left in tears. With only 2 weeks left of school I refused to send her and that's when I found Carmack. Raising a special needs child alone isn't an easy task.. I'm constantly trying to protect my daugter from any harm . This school makes being a parent of a special needs child a lil easier.. Thank you Carmack ..”

“Front lobby was clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean. 1 seemed to have had a roof leak and patched otherwise was a nice room. Bathrooms were very clean. This was an unexpected stop over and was greatful for a place to lay our heads. Hubby had the breakfast in the morning and was very pleased. Id definitely stay there again.”
