Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Everyone was nice and polite and made me feel very comfortable about choosing a car. My experience was great at the check out and check in of the vehicle, no problems at all. 👍

I was in a car accident back in early June which left me without a car for a month or so, and although the whole ordeal was massive headache, my experience at this Enterprise location was the opposite. I am endlessly grateful for the quick and accommodating service provided by the staff here, especially Vanessa who couldn't have done a more outstanding job. The next time I am in need of a rental car, I know exactly where I'll be going.

Very pleasant experience from Upland, CA location and their manager Sam Yap. Sam is very hands-on and professional in handling my rental car situation and exchange process. We need more employees like him.
