“My GE wasn't heating to temperature. I called this morning, had a technician about 2 hrs later. He offered to adjust the thermostat but this is a low cost 6 yr old heater from Home Depot and I didn't trust it. So even though I appreciated the offer to adjust I asked for it to be replaced. Nick had the part on the truck and he made the repairs in about 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used Collier and I am sold. They are now my plumber company of choice. I was so happy my wife told me to tone down my review or no one would believe me. So this is my review, "toned down."”

“The plumbing Professional arrived on time and was prepared. Mr. Stanley was articulate and friendly during our visit. The removal of the old unit took some time and effort and Mr. Stanley was efficient and clean. The installation of the new unit was pretty quick and the end result looks clean and neat. The newly installed array of copper tubing was arranged symmetrically in an attractive pattern. All in all, we are very happy with Stanley Plumbing. “Tankless Water Heater Repair and Plumbing is definitely the best out of all the plumbing services I have had. Both of the owners, Daniel and his wife, are very friendly, trustworthy, skillful, knowledgeable and professional. They were the second company I called when our tankless water heater broke. I was quite impressed when Daniel's wife gave me an estimate over the phone after I sent her few pictures of the existing water heater. She was also very responsive in answering my calls and texts. When I shared the quote from the other company I contacted, she commented they will beat the other company's price and they will only fix everything that doesn't work, they will never charge their customers with unnecessary services/parts. Danel and his staff arrived at my house punctually with face masks and friendly smiles. Daniel inspected all the parts of my existing water heater first. When checking the heat exchanger, he showed me the leak and recommended it must be replaced. Then they removed my existing heat exchanger and replaced it with a brand new. They finished in about 3 hours. I was quite amazed! I really appreciate when Daniel shared funny stories and punchlines before, during and after the job was done, his positive attitude and sense of humor was the cherry on top. “I had a great experience both times they had to come out due to a faulty controll valve part on behalf of the manufacturer Rheem. They were always polite on the phone and listened to my concerns. They were exactly on time as she stated on the phone. During the 2nd visit Mike was very professional and informative. He took the time to address my concerns instead of trying to make a extra money on a whole new reinstallation.
