Last year, after checking around multiple stores and then finally making an appointment here, we spent over an hour exploring the different options and types available. No rush no hassle, just straight forward answers and not being pushy or too sales pitch-y at all. The whole experience was great, nicest guy ever. Don't get me started on delivery team! Not only was the item IN STOCK compared to other stores months out with sold out inventory but they delivered ASAP. Very professional install and taught me how to set up and maintain spa. They'll all sell you some add ons that ARE necessary for newbies but I'm still using them a year later!
