“Before I hired Candace Foster to sell my house, I like many others homeowners went through the naive thought of selling my home on my own. However, after she took the time to meet with me and very thoroughly explain all the challenges and legal requirements for a successful home sale these days, I was convinced she had the experience and real estate knowledge needed to sell my home. Boy was I right! Right out of the gate, Candace did all the in-depth research to accurately price my home. This is a crucial part of a home sale and is not as easy as going to a website and clicking around. Oh no...there is much more research involved when analyzing other comparable homes. She took the time to do this extensive research and she also took the time to physically drive by all the homes that could be used as a comparable when assessing my homes value. All this in an effort for an accurate listing price. She did all this before the listing agreement was even signed. What professionalism! Needless to say I was not disappointed when I signed the listing agreement and she sold my house in just a few days for a full and fair price! Now for the follow up after the sales contract was signed.
