“Lady at the Guard shack is nice. Arrived a day before my delivery date. Took about 4 hours to unload. Back into a dock, drop your trailer and park in the dirt road. They will call you when there done. They forgot to call me so I was out of there in 4 hours. So after 2 to 3 hours I would go check on your trailer.”

“DO NOT arrive before 15 minutes of your appointment time... security will send you back out onto the street. Be patient and nice with the guards and you won't have a bad experience. Office staff seemed friendly and I was unloaded within 2 hours of appointment time. There is plenty of parking allowed on the street if you arrive early or need to park after loading or unloading. There are several fast food places nearby.”
