“These past few years have been one nightmare after another. From family and friends passing away to losing jobs as well as my company and even ending up severely disabled. I can say without a doubt that everything that could have gone wrong, definitely has. Then, a few weeks ago, our car engine died. I was beyond panicked. I couldn't figure out how I was going to get to my doctor appointments or get my medications. “This store is Superb! They have a beautiful selection and GREAT prices on their reptiles and supplies. Their employees are professional and friendly. I live 2 blocks from the only reptile store in Apple Valley and I will gladly drive the 10 miles to get my supplies from Reptile Factory where I will actually be greeted when I walk in the door instead of a teenager who doesn't bother looking up from their cell phone. They have better prices than Amazon and everything we need for our 9 reptiles and 1 amphibian.”

“After having some bad past experiences with realtors, I was determined to do my due diligence before hiring a realtor to sell my home. After consulting with several realtors via phone I ended up hiring Fran, and it was the best decision I could have made. Fran is an absolute pro. We had a very difficult situation, selling a somewhat run down property that was tenant occupied and in the early stages of foreclosure. “I was very happy with my visit with the doctor. He went over my issue with my neck, told me what could be the fix. Then told me about his preferred way to approach my neck’s issue. I wish more doctors would use this approach! By telling me the reason behind strengthening my neck area would benefit me if it ended up needing surgery, it decrease my recovery time. I told my doctor of another recent appointment we’re the doctor just told me what was going to be done. No questions as to what I’d prefer. There was nothing good that came from that doctor. On the other hand I look forward to seeing where my doctor here will get me!”
