“Absolutely above and beyond service from this dealership team! I was stranded on the Cajon Pass in my 2017 Ford F-250 with a hole in my fuel pump. The tow truck picked me up and this dealership repaired my vehicle on a Friday night at 6pm!!! The diesel mechanic and service writer, Russell Moss, were ready to leave for the evening. They stayed just to help get me back on the road! These amazing guys helped me out in a pinch and did so professionally and thoroughly!! “These past few years have been one nightmare after another. From family and friends passing away to losing jobs as well as my company and even ending up severely disabled. I can say without a doubt that everything that could have gone wrong, definitely has. Then, a few weeks ago, our car engine died. I was beyond panicked. I couldn't figure out how I was going to get to my doctor appointments or get my medications. We couldn't qualify for a car from even the high interest dealerships and didn't have enough money to buy from a private seller. “IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A 20 STAR I WOULD!! This place is phenomenal hands down! I went to Valley High right across the street and they completely waisted my time so don’t go there!! I went to Avis and was literally out in a hour and a half!! I walked out with a 2021 with 2500 down when Kia tried selling me a older model for 2,000 more with 5,000 down! Total scam! Everyone at this location was professional and very helpful!! Anthony the finance manager made me feel very comfortable! The sales man John was very helpful and helped me find the perfect vehicle! I would say most definitely stop by this location is worth it! P.S they don’t ram you for service the second you arrive!”
