“I am not sure I have ever waited as long as I did for this coffee. I paid $24 for a pastry, two 20 oz coffees and one 12 oz. While I like the coffee that I got, it does lack flavor slightly. It's above average coffee but absolutely not my favorite. The wait is extremely long and it's not their fault AT ALL. They just simply have a lot of people coming in for coffee and they're doing their best to tackle the orders quickly. I went at 9:30 AM on a Saturday and it honestly took about 30 minutes for me to get my coffee after I waited about 15 to get to my place in line. Again, they have a high demand and I don't know that they should be docked stars for being busy, obviously people like it. They have a large menu with an additional seasonal menu to choose from. I also got a pumpkin spice pastry cake and its pretty tasty. I am here visiting, but if I were here longer, I'd spend more time exploring other coffee shops before I came back here because the wait itself makes this not worth the adventure for me. But I'd gladly come on a day when It was not busy. It also is not a good place to work or study when it is busy because there is a lot of chaos and it gets tightly packed because of all of the customers waiting. Definitely worth trying for the experience and if you have time and maybe have a friend to chat with, make it happen.”

I tried my family's drinks and they were good too. We all enjoyed it and I plan on trying it again. “I've been to a lot of Starbucks and none can ever get so busy all at once like in Big Bear. Its cold in winter so people want more warm drinks. The staff at Starbucks bog bear deal with the nastiest and coldest customers in California maybe. Some weeks it doesn't slow down. Busy days here and there elsewhere but here it goes for weeks. No slow periods just the next customer. Fortunately it does. Still always very great service and great attitudes.”

“My husband and I started coming here in Jan. We love their coffee and conversations. They have a cute little shop and backyard sitting area. The hours are great for the early birds and late nighters. They also have 2 different salads, build your own sandwiches, herbal loose leaf tea made to order and handmade breakfast pastries or little treats of the week. (Last month, before the pandemic they made lemon white chocolate bark, it was to die for....!!! And I normally dont like lemon or white chocolate. ) And they have a punch card for the loyalty customers. We have filled up 3 since Jan.... :) For now, it does seem like they have temporarily closed do to COVID19. We hope to see them open once this is over. We really miss their coffee and friendly smiles! UPDATE: They are back open. So excited. Looks like a few new hours. And they have 4 fun lemonades now, and they are all good.”

I still go with a Venti Iced Americano in the summer and a Venti Americano hot if it gets cold. Star bucks is almost literally everywhere. Still, thery are consistent and you know what you are getting. I like the current cold brew option they have with the extra foam. I have to be careful that I get the sugar free foam.”
