(ii) I wore a mask and so did the Enterprise associate. However, he stood shoulder to shoulder with me with his tablet to have me initial and sign the contract. At that close up position, he was constantly turning towards me to explain the details. Not the best protocol. Otherwise, good service.”

When I saw what I rented, I realized it would not be big enough for all of us and thought I would have to rent an additional car in Vegas. They actually worked out a deal with me for an upgrade that would have cost twice as much when I checked it online. Car worked well, had sufficient space, and all the children loved it.”
