“Sooooo.... I have back child support left from the last decade and I get a whole $600 a month from a dad earning $10K a month. I am happy with something over nothing. I really do not appreciate the awful company selected to carry the funds on a debit card the 'WAY -2-GO' card are trolls. Absolutely despicable and need to be thoughtfully replaced with a better version of cards. This company harms the people barely able to hang on by dinging single parents with multiple unnecessary fees and ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would rate them a NEGATIVE 10, if such a rating existed. I did call the 866 at San Bernardino County Child Support Services number for help with the TROLLS at the debit card company and Patty was fabulous. Now I can call the trolls back and get help with their inability to send out a card once their card (on record) expires. #trolls #badbusiness #stealingfromthosewithout”

“Wow! The service here is absolutely phenomenal! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who offered me water or coffee. The plan checkers helped me with their accelerate system to get signed up correctly, and approve my solar plans over the counter for permitting!
