The Dr asked a lot of questions was pretty thorough, she returned with another Dr where I was told what the "treatment plan" for myself would be and what tests would be done and why. “Overall, the staff is very kind, respectful and accommodating. Everyone is informative when you ask questions and will find out an answer asap if they don't have it right away. I gave 4 stars because there are a few things that could have been worked on to establish confidence in my experience. Surgery was successful. Dr. Kim has a calm and lighthearted demeanor. There was no pressure to have an invasive surgery, and options were discussed. I had to be assertive and follow up with the office at first, but right before surgery, there was more followup from the staff towards my procedure. My concern was minimal post operation guidance. This was my first foot surgery and I was hoping for a more detailed experience from start to finish.”
