“This has been one of the better Best Buy locations that I've interacted with. I went in to purchase a laptop and the sales person was very knowledgeable. They listened to all of my needs that I'd be using the laptop for, and even found a previous floor model that was almost half off but still met all of my needs. I was really happy with the purchase, but something seemed to fail with the laptop after a few weeks, so I went back in to return it and the manager approved a return even though it was a few days past their 15 day return window.
