“The care they give your pet is great but telling you to "Just go ahead and give us a call when you are here and we will come out to get your pet" is completely ridiculous. I am positive I called 64 times (all busy signals) I became irritated and impatient and went to door and a girl rushed out to me like I was a crazy person. Before I did my sad walk back to car another girl came and said she had called 114 times. My cat was attacked by a opossum . when we were finally seen vitals taken. Then vet came in went over the cost and she said someone would be right back to get my cat Franklin with my bill too. 2 and 1/2 hours later the vet techs Was back like it was only a few minutes. I was like what the actual hell took this long. No real answer was my answer. .my poor cat was in pain but at least he was finally getting help. 1000$ worth. He should of not been made to wait for a bill that I had already signed and agreed to.i have no idea why we were left in room #3 for 2and half hours. Overall we had an emergency and no other choice.busy overwhelmed or understaffed but maybe a word or two when you leave people in rooms for too long, let them know some thing like they weren't forgotten. Etc. I”

I was dreading having the procedure done because I am horrified of needles. However, the doctor who numb me was the best dentist ever...I am not exaggerating. I never felt the needle while he was numbing me. And he did an awesome job with the rootcanal procedure. “I was sent here on a 24-hour hold after being handcuffed by the SBCSD officers. I was fortunate that the sheriff deputies brought me here instead of Colton's Arrowhead Hospital Behavioral Department under a 5150 hold. This facility is free for anyone who is suffering from mental illnesses and are need of medication. They provide a place for you to sleep, rest and they have private showers. They have Netflix and internet access available to all patients. If you are a smoker, no worries. They have a outside patio area that is enclosed where you can smoke day or night. You're not allowed to have a lighter but they have no problem lighting your cigarette whenever you need to. Facility is 24 hours and staffed with kind and caring nurses. I know they provide more health seevices for people here so don't hesitate to give them a call and ask questions. Your mental health is important and I believe that this is a place is where they can truly help you. If you are a mother with children they have a separate area for you and your children where they can watch all the cartoons they want and they also have toys for them to play with.”
