“Call Adam first!!! He is a great guy. Skilled at what he does and totally honest. Very trustworthy and a great communicator. He went out to do some work on my cabin when the water heater went out. He noticed water in the pan and thought it was leaking. He lit it, and went back later to see that it dried up, and it was just the wind and water. I am not there, and a lesser man could have taken advantage of me for this. “I contacted Mike's Plumbing about a leaking toilet and they had two guys at my house within 30 minutes. When the original fix didn't work they investigated further and diagnosed the problem. We talked through options and decided on a new toilet. They went out and got one and had it installed about an hour later. Overall they were responsive throughout and very pleasant to work with, would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs here in Big Bear.”

“My GE wasn't heating to temperature. I called this morning, had a technician about 2 hrs later. He offered to adjust the thermostat but this is a low cost 6 yr old heater from Home Depot and I didn't trust it. So even though I appreciated the offer to adjust I asked for it to be replaced. Nick had the part on the truck and he made the repairs in about 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used Collier and I am sold. They are now my plumber company of choice. I was so happy my wife told me to tone down my review or no one would believe me. So this is my review, "toned down."”

“I met Jeff, from Howland Plumbing, when I move my bed and realized there was a bad leak in my walls... bathroom was on the other side. He came out the next day, and not only did he fix the leak, but as a single woman, he walked through my house and made a list of what should be done right away and what could wait. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and did great work in a timely manner. His work area was kept very clean and his prices were very reasonable. He ended up working on my house fixing various things, patio cover, outlets, new fixtures, over a period of time. Jeremy was great, listened to what we had heard from the last plumber out and took care of replacing the toilet and fixing up something in the pipe. “I highly recommend West Coast Plumbing. Danny is friendly, prompt and very honest. I called him and he was quick to respond and the next day he was at my home. I thought I had several leaks in my home and he came assessed the situation and told me what I needed to fix and the things that were not of concern. He fixed the pipes in my kitchen sink, did not charge me very much and had all the parts needed. I no longer have a leak. He had also advised me about possibly changing a valve in one of my bathrooms. I made an appointment for him to come back. He came back, reassessed the situation and told me I did not need to do anything as there was no leak. He did not charge for the visit and as always was very courteous and friendly. It is nice to see that there are still honest people around who do not take advantage of women. Thank you Danny!!!”
