They constantly are contacting me with additional services and assignment with personal care advocates. Never gave a we'll get back to you. I call and they walk me through the process including transferring to the appropriate dept. And immediately follow up making sure I was taken care of. Actually kind of overwhelming. Never had a health care provider so totaly concerned and do as they promised. And the amount of services including chiropractic, vision, dental. Not to mention behavioral mental services. “The staff and doctors at Acuity Eye Group are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and customer service oriented. My appointments were on time, learning-full, and accomplished what I wanted. The request to complete and Adobe form prior to meeting is cumbersome and does not work. I recommend those who invented it, open the document and answer the questions themselves to see how the boxes and clicks to fill them in generally doesn't work and it's very easy for one click to delete all that's been written. It takes too much time to complete and when I got to the clinic no one really looked at it. It's clear the document is to ensure that Acuity Eye Group is most interested in ensuring that the patient is responsible anything that would occur, requesting several signatures that cannot be done in the document - 9 pages long, really?!! How is this user friendly and of any use to the patient. This could be done at the clinic while waiting for the doctors and be greatly simplified by asking us to sign once. Including this disrespect of the patient time and energy, I will continue to benefit from the care and service of the people who work there. Thanks for the attention, care, and expertise.”

“I have been to Alpine Urgent Care a few times. Each time I am met with quick and efficient service and care. I love knowing there is a place an Alpine that can handle emergencies. I went once for stitches while pregnant. The staff helped watch my daughter while I got stitches on my leg. I recently went for a COVID test, in which I was positive. The doctor gave me lots of information and guidance. She also put in for prescriptions. I was not expecting to get any helpful information (based on what I have heard from other people with COVID who went to other hospitals or doctors). She also did a great job examining my kids and testing them. My daughter was not feeling well and the doctor and staff were so gentle and understanding. On another note, I was billed incorrectly and contacted the urgent care directly. It was taken care of immediately. It is my go to place for urgent care.”
