(December 13, 2020, 1:48 pm)I came across a free session at Osteostrong several weeks before I had my knee replaced, and decided to try it out, as I have been diagnosed with osteopenia and arthritis throughout most of my body. After my session, due to my upcoming surgery, I was not in a position to commit to returning, but I was impressed with both the experience and the research.
I don't tend to commit to new treatments, opportunities, etc. impulsively. As I recovered from my surgery, I began to do my own research, on PubMed and checking in with my in-home PT. Everything I read and heard absolutely supported what I was told at Osteostrong about the positive results on bone density, balance, strength, and posture from the guided use of the vibration plates and osteogenic loading machines.
After I healed from my surgery, I returned to Osteostrong, and go once a week for my session. Already, after just 5 weeks, my hip pain and headaches (from arthritis in my neck) are reduced. I am excited to get my annual bone density test in a few months . . . not typical as they have been getting worse each year. NOT something to be excited about!
The suite is clean and welcoming, and the staff is energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly! Great find!
(December 6, 2020, 9:49 am)I began 11 weeks ago and I already feel stronger. My back and legs do not hurt any longer and my strength has increased by 76%. I have hit all my bone growth goal posts and keep climbing. This has helped more than PT. The staff is fantastic, encouraging, kind and fun. Chris, one of the young owners, is awesome and has an amazing story of why he started OsteoStrong La Jolla Ask him. It's quite amazing. (March 11, 2020, 7:04 pm)I've been a member for 3 months already. Staff is extremely warm and friendly and perfect cheerleaders as I do my sessions! All reports are emailed to me immediately after each visit. I can definitely feel my muscles getting stronger and I'm not needing to go to my usual gym as often at all. I'm confident this will prevent any potential osteoporosis. Will definitely recommend this quick modality of strengthening bones to friends!

(March 11, 2020, 3:42 pm)About six months ago I was diagnosed with beginning spinal osteoporosis. As a result, four months ago I signed up for Osteostrong sessions once per week in Carlsbad. Each session of osteogenic growth triggering takes about 15-25 minutes. What is amazing is that my strength measurement has increased by 45% over the course of the four month period and my balance and posture have greatly improved. The staff is wonderful and the place is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to have my bone density tested in a few months!
