So impressed with LR Carlsbad! Miguel was an absolute gem to work with. I had called LR San Diego for a problem I had with my certified RR Sport, and they couldn’t get me in for 45 days! My car’s issues were persistent, and when I called the SD location and left several messages, nobody called back. I finally called LR Carlsbad, and I’m so glad I did. They got me in the same day, provided me with a new vehicle loaner, and updated me daily.

Miguel takes accountability for his team, provides you with answers, and his services is top notch (delivered my car to my door and I love 30 miles away).

Absolutely the best! I have been looking at Land Rover discoveries for a year and a half and when I tell you, I have talked to Land Rover dealerships across the country, I mean it. Carlsbad is hands-down not only the easiest to deal with, but they were pleasant to deal with as well. I live within walking distance to a Land Rover dealership in Ventura county And they wouldn’t negotiate with me at all. Carlsbad staff is super friendly, they negotiated with me, and they made the delivery process so seamless and easy, I will go back to them time and time again.

Jeff Ho was great. He is a super friendly, low pressure sales professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. Over the past few months Jeff kept me updated on inventory so I was able to find exactly what I wanted. He communicated consistently about incoming inventory and sent me tons of photos. He was super easy to work with and I never felt rushed to make a purchase. In the end, Jeff got me exactly what I wanted.
