10/10 Service. Saul came out right away and went above and beyond to make sure the work was throughly completed. The office staff is great too this is a great place to live!

As a current tenet, I appreciate that Nicholas in the office is personable, available and easy to talk to. He has helped with several issues in the last few years and I like the consistency. I recently discovered a water leak under the bathroom sink. Saul from the maintenance dept came out immediately, identified the leak and had it repaired in no time. He is efficient, professional, and completed it all while respecting me and my home. Thanks Saul! We appreciate your hard work.

Saul and the maintenance team here are fantastic. They go above and beyond in their service! The team responds quickly to service requests and does quality work. They communicate clearly about what they are doing and how they’re going to resolve a service request. The team is professional and very friendly too! They definitely add value to what Sea Gate offers it’s tenants

Any requests for maintenance have been addressed promptly and efficiently. Saul just did some work for us to fix minor plumbing issues. He did a great job and left it exactly as we expected. The customer service has always been responsive and excellent

The staff is phenomenal at Seagate! Nick went way above and beyond. He took care and time to find the unit I want. The other team members were amazingly helpful too (sorry I didn't remember everyone's name-will try to edit later). I interacted with each team member and they were all enthusiastic about helping and working for this community. That says A LOT about HGFenton company and how it doesn't just manage, but instead creates a TEAM! I met one of the maintenance crew and he was so welcoming and expressed care in letting me know he would be there if I needed anything. The community is gorgeous! Loads of amenities and very well maintained! It is a joyful vibe! I really loved it, but I needed 3 bedrooms, so I am leasing from one of their sister properties. Thank you, Seagate Team!
