“I went multiple years with multiple doctors and it seem like they always try to get me in and out of the office as fast as possible for years I was told I had sciatica and there was not much they can do for me. Once I went to Dr. Brizzie immediately he went into trying to figure out what was really wrong with me after a few visits we determined there was problems with my disks something the other doctors didn’t even take the time to look for. Dr. Brizzie not on cares about his patients but goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out of his office feeling like something was accomplished. Five stars isn’t enough to rate his services. “If you’re considering laser eye surgery, look no further! My boyfriend and I wanted to get laser eye surgery for some time now and decided that it only made sense to see 20/20 in 2020. We did a ton of research and It was clear that Carlsbad Eye Care/Dr. Tracey was a great choice. Just to be sure we asked around for recommendations and even those ended up pointing to Carlsbad Eye Care/Dr. Tracey. We gave them a call and Natalie did an amazing job of providing us with information on what to expect and booked our consultations. The consultations are super informative and help you prepare accordingly. We scheduled our surgeries two weeks a part, my boyfriends first then mine so we could take care of each other. The surgery itself is incredibly quick, it’s over before you know it and I didn’t feel any pain. They even give you a call that afternoon to check to see how your doing. Post surgery care was pretty manageable, you’ll mainly want to sleep and keep your eyes closed. Audiobooks and listening to shows I’ve already watched kept me entertained. My boyfriend was ready to go back to work after a week. I took about a half week longer to get back to work because I had a hiccup where I was trying to get something that was in my eye out and ended up causing a bit of a tear. It sounds worse than what it was, it didn’t really feel like a tear, it kind of felt like a clear eyelash was stuck in my eye and made it water a lot. When I started to experience this discomfort I called Dr. Tracey and he made a point to see me right away. He set me up with a new bandage contact and after about half a weeks more rest, the tear was healed and I was back to work. The 2-3 weeks we returned to work/our routines, our vision was still adjusting, but definitely manageable to carry on. I’d say 4 weeks after surgery we both felt 100% adjusted. It’s now been 3 1/2 months post surgery and we couldn’t be happier. It is so nice not to worry about glasses or contacts and to just wake up with perfect vision. I can’t believe I took so long to pull the trigger and get this done. Dr. Tracey and Natalie are super knowledgeable and provided such a positive/friendly experience. If you’re interested in laser eye surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Tracey!”

“I have a very long history of back problems due to numerous spinal deformities. Dr Miller has been helping me with a Neurostimulator first. That helps me a lot. Later we decided to put in a morphine pump. This is a great tool to reduce pain for those that do not want opioids. I know that sounds odd but the tiny amount of morphine is dripped into the "intrathecal space". (Think Epidural space). Due to the delivery system there is no measurable morphine in my blood but I get a lot of relief because the chemical is nearly injected into the spinal cord. For those of you with chronic pain that do not want pills these two procedures are a good choice. Dr Miller has been my pain MD for 7 years. I do not use pills and he is not a pill pusher. I would rate him a 5 if he was just a bit easier to get to. But given our aging population and the status of medical care I can wait a little for the best.”

In our initial visit to discuss wisdom teeth extraction, she spent ample time with us to examine our situation and explore our options - including what was critical and what was not. She also spent time to carefully guide us through the process of how the surgery and pain management options. Throughout the whole visit we felt very cared for. The surgery itself was super professional and very well done. The after care was also very good - with minimal disruption and pain. Comparing this wisdom teeth extraction to our other child's wisdom teeth extraction with another surgeon was night and day with Dr. Currimbhoy just doing an amazing job. Highly recommend!”
