(September 5, 2020, 11:59 pm)Had the parts I needed to repair my guitar, and I ended up walking out with a few more purchases as well. Everybody wore masks, and all three employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, answering my questions and offering advice when I asked for it.
(July 29, 2020, 10:05 pm)The staff was so kind and helpful! We walked right in and out in 5 minutes. They were happy to tune my violin for free, and were always wearing masks and socially distanced. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

(June 10, 2020, 1:22 pm)Fantastic selection, and even more so, amazing staff. Specifically, Johan was super knowledgeable about the equipment, and his genuine love and enthusiasm for the craft was infectious. My new Schecter Omen 6 is a joy to play and the fact that I got an in store explanation of how the knobs and amp interplay was very much appreciated. If you are a beginner, novice, or advanced player - you definitely need to check out Harper's.

I didn't find what I was looking for (which was a cheap microphone maybe in the long run it will be a good thing I didn't find one) the attendant working there was very helpful. He walked me through the different choices and what would be right for me. I left leaving with a blue snowball microphone so let's hope it turns out good.
