The workshops at Saltwater are like no other place I’ve been. The casual small group format is relaxing and peaceful, and I always leave feeling open and inspired. Grace loves to share her unique work with others, focusing on self-inquiry and discovery in a comfortable way that allows and encourages each person’s rhythm and path. Grace and the team at Saltwater Integrative Bodywork do an amazing job! They create a calming and welcoming environment from the moment you enter the door, and I can't say enough positive things about the bodywork experience. As an avid surfer and swimmer with a history of back and shoulder issues, Grace has come to the rescue multiple times during/after big swells when I've overdone things and gotten me back out into the water quickly! Would highly recommend.

I love going to Saltwater! The team at Saltwater takes the time to really listen to what’s going on with my body and tailors the treatment approach to fit my needs. I always leave my appointments feeling rejuvenated! I also love how the Saltwater studio has become a community hotspot with friends and neighbors stopping by to say hi or rest a moment. I came to get a massage from Mitch and was impressed by the whole experience. Parking and finding it was super easy. The space is so thoughtfully decorated and super clean. Mitch was there and ready to warmly greet me. We spent some time doing a verbal intake and I felt so heard and well received. The massage itself was incredible! He's very compassionate, attuned as well as very skillful at finding areas of tightness and helping them soften. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend Saltwater Bodywork to anyone wanting an exceptional experience! And Mitch is a pleasure to work with.
