They immediately built up a deep trust based on their knowledge of Carlsbad and “work for me first” attitude but most importantly they listened to what my needs were as a seller. The result was a full ask, out-of-state buyer under contract in 3 days. Their strong negotiations skills did not disappoint.
During the transaction process, the Pometto Team took over so I could concentrate on my move. They handled all the disclosures and forms thru DocuSign, making selling my home a seamless process. Phil used his vast array of reputable vendors to get quotes on items identified in the inspection report. That saved me vital time and money. Their guidance throughout the process was clear and effective.
Overall, I could not be happier with the service from the Pometto Team. It truly matters who you choose and the 24/7 personal service of the Team Pometto delivered. I would encourage anyone thinking about selling, to seek out the Pometto Team. They know Carlsbad!

They understood what we were looking for and they helped us find and buy our dream house. We are very pleased with the experience we had working with the Pomettos and we highly recommend them.
